Hula Hooping is a fun, expressive hobby that reenforces a natural "play" nature that we all seem to suppress as we age. You've never quite had a laugh out loud get together with your friends, family, or co-workers than when everyone is learning to hula hoop or hooping together (Inquire about Seminars!). It's also an excellent way to meditate, forget about a stressful work day, work cardio in to your day, sculpts your core (especially with the thicker hoops!), and tones your entire body while increasing coordination and burning calories.

I sell a few different types of custom designed hula hoops based on what you intend to use them for and what colors you'd prefer. I also make kid sized hoops and mini/poi hoops.

If you are ordering locally in Austin I can sometimes arrange pickups, but may resort to shipping it to you for $5 if it's a collapsible hoop or a set of minis (which also means if you're out of state, I can ship those 2 kinds to you also!).

Tubing Options:

1/2" thinner tubing - Lighter and a little more responsive. Collapsible hoops and mini/poi hoops are made from this tubing.
1" thick tubing - Heavier weight, great for beginners and working out

Collapsible Neon Hoops can fold down half size. Perfect for traveling, crowded parties or festivals, or if your car won't fit a normal sized one. Do not store your collapsible hoop folded down as it may warp the hoop or wrinkle the tape.

**Tape Options and Instructions**

Collapsibles pick ONE tape from the first photo (shiny, prismatic ones), then pick a thick tape from the second photo (grip tape or the thick vinyl tapes). You may also pick a thinner tape from the second photo as a third tape if you want some extra detail on your hoop.

-------------- Thick adult sized hoops may include up to TWO tapes from the first photo, and two of the THIN tapes from the second photo (or pick 1 of them and we can use it twice). You cannot pick a third thicker tape for the hoop as it won't fit. Regular sized hoops can be made with thin tubing also (non collapsible) and include the same number of tapes as listed on the Thick adult hoops options. -------------- Mini Hoops : may include 2 shiny tapes and 2 thin tapes as well. But the more expensive tape you use (shiny tapes) the more expensive it becomes to produce them. So they may also be made with 1 shiny from photo 1 and 1 thick from photo 2 as well for added value.
